The International Peace gardens are devoted to World Peace. The Gardens are located along the world’s longest unfortified border. Thousands of tourists visit the garden every year. There are over 150,000 flowers!

There is also an Interpretive Center and Conservatory. It is open year round from 10:00am - 7:00pm. The Interpretive Centre has a retail space, meeting rooms, and a small library. Visitors will also be able surf the web in the café.  Opened in 1932, the Peace Garden is situated on the U.S. and Canadian borders of North Dakota and Manitoba. There are facilities to accommodate:  conventions, bus tours, weddings, receptions, reunions, and events of all kinds. There are Campgrounds for campers and RVs. There are also hiking trails and auto tours.

Facilities at the Peace Gardens:
There is a modern dining room with an outdoor landscaped dining patio.
There is also a gift shop, a conservatory of succulents and cactus, and a modest library dedicated to Prairie Horticulture.

Camping at the Peace Gardens:
-No reservations, sites are rented on a first come first serve basis.
-Sites are serviced or non-serviced (no electricity or water)
-Cabins available: they are predicated to current temperatures
-Wood is available (for free!); as well there is an onsite sewage dump and garbage and recycling facilties on site
